Guestbook and Chat Room

Now I have added a chat room and a guestbook to the sites portal so people can add there names to the guestbook and the chat room as well.

i made it for guests to post in it about what new things they want and also the replies they want to write in them...in other words i made it for them to say hi and all if they just came to look at the site and think about joining
